On December 13, 2013, Toyo Engineering Korea Limited (Toyo-Korea, CEO Osanai Toru) held a

celebration for the 26th anniversary of company foundation at the lobby, with attending all employees

and CEO, Osanai Toru.

On this commemoration, 11 employees were awarded for long-working service in Toyo-Korea, who

consists of a person working for 25 years, 6 persons working for 20 years, a person working for

15 years and 3 persons working for 10 years. Additionally, 1 Project team, EGKr HOT Project, and

10 employees were awarded for their high performance and contribution to achieve the corporate target.

After the award, Mr. Osanai Toru, CEO of Toyo-Korea, announced that Toyo-Korea had the period of

transition to achieve our goals for Mid-Term Business Plan in FY2013 and the number of employee was

increased, the job ratio was improved, the new salary system, Pay for Performance System, was

introduced and most of on-going projects were stable in FY2013. And he asked to all employees to do

their best for maximizing the profit and customers’ satisfaction in FY2014.
