Toyo Engineering Korea Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Toyo-K”) implemented briefing session on
business performance of FY2013 and business plan of FY2014 with attendance of Mr. T. Osanai,
President/CEO, Mr. S.M.Han, Vice President/CFO and all executive officers and senior grade staffs
on April 2, 2014.

Before starting the briefing session, Mr. Osanai/CEO mentioned that we should become a strong EPC
contractor to realize our goal as a real profit center, and requested two requirements as follows;

- first, Do whatever you are supposed to do without any skip.
- second, Keep in mind CC (Construction Commissioning) oriented approach.

He said that this year would become a critical year for Toyo-K as we were having visible signs of
receiving major EP projects, and emphasized once again to take this chance to be a strong EPC
contractor.

And then, Mr. S.M.Han, Vice President/CFO presented business performance of FY2013 and
business plan of FY2014. He praised all employees that Toyo-K turned into a surplus in FY2013
through the efforts of all employees, in spite of very difficult situation. He requested all employees to
do best in order to perform successfully the major projects to be awarded in FY2014.
