According to the regulation, the chairman, Mr. Toru Osanai / President & CEO, announced the

opening of the Board Meeting and the General Shareholders’ Meeting, and then an approval of issue of new shares and amendment of articles of incorporation have been approved unanimously.

This Board Meeting and General Shareholders’ Meeting have been held by Toyo Engineering Korea

for increasing the capital to conduct EPC Project smoothly.
