On December 11, 2009, Toyo Engineering Korea held a celebration for the 22nd anniversary of the company foundation this year at Lobby with participation of all employees. On its commemoration, 9 employees have received the commendation for long-term working in Toyo Engineering Korea, who consist of 1 person for 20 years, 6 people for 15 years, and 2 persons for 10 years, and have shown their self-sacrificing dedication to company for a very long time. _?xml_:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Along with 9 employees, one team and 15 people were rewarded for outstanding performance and excellent job execution attitude and contribution to the company. To be eligible for this kind of reward, employees were asked to be well organized, highly dependable and people-oriented. This will be continued for encouraging employees to challenge the difficulty and the complicated job.
Meanwhile, Mr. Kenjiro Miyashita, President & CEO gave pre-notice that there will be a little bit changes in company organization from the next year as of January 1st, taking into consideration of the promotion opportunity for the next generation people in order to enhance their motivation. “The company is eager to promote the persons of ability to higher potions even if ladies, so please make a challenge to enhance your capability.” Mr. MIYASHITA said.
